Refund & No-Show Policy

Thank you for choosing Coach Clydon for your college life coaching needs. We are committed to supporting you on your personal and academic journey. Due to the nature of our business and the demand for our services, we have implemented a strict no-show and cancellation policy. Please read the following carefully as it affects your eligibility for refunds and continued use of our services.

No-Show Policy
A 'no-show' is defined as a scheduled appointment that a client fails to attend without providing prior notice of cancellation. Due to the demand for our services and the time we allocate to each client, we have implemented the following no-show policy:

You are allowed up to THREE no-shows throughout your College Life Coaching Plan.

First No-Show: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. After your first no-show, we will have a discussion to understand the situation and reschedule the missed session.
Second No-Show: After a second no-show, we will have a discussion to assess your commitment to the coaching process and determine a way forward.
Third No-Show: After a third no-show, you will be removed from our coaching services. We will refund the cost of your remaining sessions, and you will have the option to move to the next semester or another time if it isn't working out.

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancelled appointments will be rescheduled. You are allowed up to three cancellations per month. If you exceed three cancellations in a month, the same rules will apply as with the third no-show (removal from coaching services, refund of remaining sessions, and option to move to next semester or another time).

Refund Policy
If you are removed from our coaching services due to no-shows or excessive cancellations, we will refund the cost of your remaining sessions. Please note that no-showed appointments will not be refunded. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days. If you choose to move to the next semester or another time, the cost of your remaining sessions will be applied to your new schedule.

Consideration of Others
Please remember that we have limited space available, and it is detrimental to other students, as well as to our time and yours, when appointments are missed or canceled at the last minute. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
