The 1:1 College Life Coaching Process

1. Initial Consultation: This is a free, no-obligation session where you can meet with me, discuss your goals, expectations, and any challenges you're currently facing. It's a great opportunity to see if my service is a good fit for you.

2. Sign-Up and Payment: If you decide to proceed, I'll get you signed up with your service of choice (1:1 College Life Coaching, The College Life Course, or 1:1 Post-Grad College Life Coaching) and discuss the payment options. 

3. Goal Setting: I will help you set realistic, achievable short-term and long-term goals. I will also work with you to identify potential obstacles and ways to overcome them.

4. Personalized Coaching Plan: I will create a tailored plan designed to meet your specific goals. This plan will incorporate strategies for academic success, personal development, career planning, and health and wellness. Along with this plan, I will create and provide you with a personal goal tracker to monitor your progress throughout your journey.

5. Regular Coaching Sessions: You'll meet with me on a regular basis (weekly) to discuss progress, adjust plans as needed, and work on new skills and strategies. These meetings can be held in person, via phone or video call, depending on your preference and location.

6. Ongoing Support: Between sessions, I will be available via email or text messaging for ongoing support. You're encouraged to share successes, struggles, or any new issues that arise between scheduled sessions.

7. Periodic Review and Adjustment: Every three weeks, your progress towards your goals will be formally reviewed. The coaching plan may be adjusted based on your progress, changes in your situation, or new goals you want to pursue.

8. Completion and Follow-Up: When you've achieved your goals, you and I will review your journey and discuss the next steps. Even after the completion of the program, I offer follow-up sessions to ensure that you're maintaining progress and to address any new challenges that may arise.

Remember, this is your journey. Our 1:1 College Life Coaching is designed to provide the support and guidance you need to navigate the exciting, but often challenging, world of college.
