The
College Life Course

Driven by my struggle with an existential crisis following my college journey, I developed and implemented this program for college students.
I once thought a college degree would equip me for life's challenges, only to find myself unprepared for realities like building a resume, job hunting, time and money management, maintaining a healthy lifestyle, engaging in leisure activities, nurturing family relationships, and generally, adulting.
My program addresses these areas and offers research-backed strategies for tracking and achieving personal goals daily.

How
The College Life Course
Was Developed
In the course of my Doctoral Project, I developed and implemented a program specifically for community college students. The focus? Addressing the real challenges you might face with employment, finances, and other life situations. The main goal was to provide tools and resources to help navigate these hurdles more effectively.

What is Post-Grad College Life Coaching?Imagine having a personal mentor during your college days, assisting you in navigating academic and personal hurdles. That's what a College Life Coach does. Now, imagine a similar guide tailored for your post-grad phase, assisting you in adapting to professional life and its unique challenges. From maneuvering the complexities of the workplace, handling post-academic stress, to setting and refining long-term career objectives, they're your go-to support. Essentially, it's like extending that college coaching support into your early professional years, ensuring you have a trusted ally to help you navigate and maximize this new chapter of your life.
-
How does the coaching process work? The process of college life coaching will start by understanding your goals and challenges. After that, we'll keep in touch once a week for approximately one hour to track your progress, work on any issues, and make changes to our plan if necessary. You will have unlimited text/email support throughout the coaching process.
-
How long does the coaching relationship last?Typically, after about 3-4 months or a full school semester (12-16 sessions), you'll feel like you've got this. We'll have tackled the big stuff, and you'll be ready to move forward with a clear vision, self-confidence, and the right tools in your toolbox. The cool part? You call the shots. You decide when it's time to end our coaching sessions.
-
How much does College Life Coaching cost?Rather than billing you each time we meet (which could leave you guessing about the total cost), I charge a single, set price. This covers as many weekly sessions as you need until you reach your goal. With this one-payment setup, I'm all in to get you on the right path fast. The goal of College Life Coaching is to equip you with the skills for independent success.
-
What if I don't get the results that I want?If we both give it our all and things still don't pan out, don't worry - our agreement clearly states that you'll get a full refund. That's a 100% money-back guarantee, no fine print involved. To review our refund policy follow this link.
-
How does college life coaching differ from academic tutoring?Academic tutoring usually focuses on specific subjects, like Math or English, helping you understand concepts and improve grades. But College Life Coaching is more about the whole picture. It's not just about classes, but also about managing your time, dealing with stress, setting goals, and even figuring out what you want to do after graduation. It's kind of like having a mentor who guides you through all aspects of college life, not just academics.
-
Is everything discussed in coaching sessions confidential?Anything we chat about in our coaching sessions is between you and me. I take your privacy really seriously. It's super important that you feel comfortable sharing, knowing that your thoughts and experiences will stay private. So yes, all our discussions are totally confidential.
-
How do I get ready for our sessions?Start by completing the pre-session questionnaire. Find a quiet spot where you won't be interrupted. Give a heads-up to anyone around you that you'll be busy, and remember to switch your phone to "Do Not Disturb". Having a peaceful environment is really important for a successful session.
